I don't really think Napo meant the apology he rendered. He went to Wassa in the Western Region a day after he made the unfortunate statement. At that forum he insisted on the statement he made on the 9th of July. If he had wanted to apologize he should have done that on at Wassa and not by a statement.

What is wrong with a statement that Nana Akuffo Addo is the best performing President-- Kwame Nkrumah of course did well in developing Ghana despite his excesses- Nkrumah inheritated large sum of Money to use in doing all those investments- other leaders to govern Ghana didn't have much to start with.- so credit must go to all of them.
