I find that for a new agent, KW, depending on your market center, offers a lot of training and resources and support while you are learning your business and offers so much in continuing education and coaching as a seasoned vet as well. I see the appeal of EXP for sure. I suppose it depends on the agent.
I was with REMAX from 2006-2009 and KW was actively recruiting my team and sent us to their big Vegas convention! Fast forward, I am getting back in the game and considering EXP.
I have researched and researched, yours is the best information so far. Thank you. I just got my license. Yet, I am in Sarasota Fl. Exp is not big here yet and this is a "designer brand" type of area.. I would like to consider joining EXP. Would you have any advice for me? Would you be interested in sponsoring me?
