i absolutely hate arsenios interview he is so obsessed with color african vs european that he had to talk about slaves and slavemasters if she had brought up anything like that they wouldve nailed her like paula deen i had to check where Hall grew up ohio and not near the Kentucky border i just dont think if he was an african from the south he wouldve made a big deal of such issues by the reba has a southwestern dialect more of a twang closer to a texan women than an Alabaman its distinct from a drawl which is found in the lower south states i have a drawl i think because she has her type of accent and she is in that genre he tried to draw parallels of a racist stereotype with her
I agree that Hall could have used better words but honestly I don't think he was all that far off. We drew a lot from each other from back in that time - especially in music. Our music was also both influenced by our fondness to church and our belief in a higher power. BTW Reba did find out that she had slave owners in her family history. That doesn't mean she is responsible for her ancestors sins.
@@williamgalloway wow didn't know that I've got to Google that Reba finds out in her family's tree some ancestors partook in enslavement and force labor of subsaharan west Africans I've noticed I made a few errors in my original post grammatically didn't double check befor posting but am glad my point was understood by someone
@@invisibleman3441 Yes sir it was was on a TV show a while back where celebrities find out about their family histories. Good show too. I don't judge anyone on errors my fingers do as they please sometime😁 if you watch that episodes let me know what you think.
