Yes, names like Shinsuke Nakamura, Kevin Owens, and Finn Balor, amongst many others all managed to, at various points, turn the black and yellow brand into the place to be. That said, there’s one name who’s risen above all these to become the undisputed face of the division, and that’s Johnny Gargano. With his incredible in ring talents and his strong connection with fans, there’s no one on NXT quite like him, however he’s done a lot more in wrestling than just NXT, so how did it all happen? Gargano's feud with Ciampa was excellent. The storytelling was what I call "chef's kiss" and their matches were jaw dropping. Real life best friends truly make the best on screen rivals.

I met Johnny Gargano at an NXT live event and even got a picture with him, needless to say he was the coolest and most down to earth people I've ever met. And he's pretty much an inspiration.

Gargano is one name who's more than ready for the main roster, but shall not join for the sake of his own future. NXT is basically his home now. The same can be said about his best friend Ciampa.

I think his story is really inspiring to me because I could relate because I’m 16 and I don’t have the best looking body and I’m 5 10’. This is the motivation I needed because in 7 months I’m starting wrestling school. I won’t give up.

Start to get in shape dude. Since you're a smaller guy you will either need to be huge or totally ripped. Best of luck and hope to see you in 10-15 years. If all else fails you can always go over to CZW and wrestle death matches.

I'm sad I missed his NXT run. I stopped watching NXT, and wrestling in general, around the time DIY debuted. I would have loved to have watched their feud play out. But I'm here because I am back into wrestling and watched War Games and felt weirdly emotional about him leaving, despite never seeing his prime NXT years.

The greatest match I have ever seen was between Johnny and Andrade. I remember watching it on my phone in my room and all the ups and downs and everything in between. Right as Andrade got the victory I threw my phone and stormed off. That was the first and only match to get an emotional rise out of me like that. I stopped watching wrestling for a couple weeks cause of the outcome😂. That match is the greatest in NXT and. WWE as a whole.

He will definitely be buried just like every other talent. Ever since Brock was given the keys to the kingdom and walked away almost everyone gets screwed and buried when they first come in. Also it's a huge shame when they bring someone up and they have absolutely no plan and direction on what to do with them so they get lost in the shuffle like EC3.

I'm going to be honest I watched and go to a lot of India shows across the country I never really watched him before he was in NXT I've heard of them but I'm not a big fan of pwg but I'm definitely a huge fan
