I tried this immediately and it was almost instant. I was actually feeling the changes before the Doc described them. I use to do this whenever I felt my health is not good for years, never know there is a science beyond my activity (I do bite both my thumbs at the same time) and yes it is really really helpful. My stomach always feel better to after doing this. Thanks for the science doctor!

WAIT...Hold up!! Wtf just happened!?? I have ADHD, and I felt the difference right away. After reading the video’s title I pinched the sides of my fingers for 30 seconds. I first noticed more clarity, and then a zillion thoughts slipped away. Now, I have a clear head, my thoughts have slowed down, and I’m fully present. Before this, the only thing on my mind was today's to-do list. After, I felt focused and ready to watch the video. Once I started breathing deeply I noticed the extra dose of patience. It did help open my sinuses... After I did both thumbs. It works better if you can feel your thumb pulsating. Then you squeeze the sides of the thumb. It feels like it goes directly to your brain and nasal passages ❤

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism as an infant, and lucky to be here. All my life, no one ever mentioned this! I've taken Synthyroid (which had a class action lawsuit for a SHORT SHELF LIFE) and Levothyroxine by whatever lab the drugstore decided to pull from. I had a Hyper-parathyroidectomy last year.
