Heavy D asked us to shake the dust off the old Diesel Powered Mtn Board. This project has been sitting on the lines way too long and needed a complete rebuild! Follow as Alan, Iram and Yair work to get this Mtn board back on the mountain.

I remember my grandpa told me they use transmission fluid in the diesel tanks as injectors cleaner and lubricant the pump and injectors in old school semi trucks

Transmission fluid is definitely a fix all wizard trick. For gasoline stuff sometimes the answer is actually some diesel fuel wizardry. I guarantee Alan knows of which I speak.

Use a comet torque converter then put the electric motor into the primary clutch. That would work perfectly. Even if you keep it gas the torque converter will give you more reliable power and predictable acceleration the belt is beefier as well so will take more abuse

Try adding a bigger sprocket to the drive train it will give you more rotations witch will give you more speed and use less power you can also remove the governor off the engine it's really easy

If you're going to Electrify try to find a electric hub motor it would be a lot easier to work with and save room especially since it's on tracks it would allow you to turn by using different RPMs for different tracks🎉

I can easily swap it to electric for you. I think doing a motor on each track could be good if done right, but it adds cost and time to the project. One large motor doesn't give as much control, if you even want the front and rear to operate independently. I can knock it out for you. Give me a shot D! @Sparks Motors
