I can't hardly find the words to tell you guys about how impressed I am of the magnificent rehab you're doing to this camp. Getting these updates has been one of the highlights of my summer. So many cool things in this one, the yellow Otter, the spruce grouse, the 42 incher off the dock, the lake mapping or the suspense of if Daryl was going to take a face shot from the poly-pipe. All great stuff--Thanks!!!!
Wonderful time of year for folks in the north. Black flies and mosquitos dying back, cooler nights, and those long beautiful summer and September days ,, Absolute heaven, and some of the best fishing one could find.
Capt. Lee: I don't know if you are old enough to remember the days of no fancy electronics but we had to try to figure lakes out with instinct and knowledge. That's how I learned and as I told you a long time ago at a very young age I ended up catching quality fish pretty much every time on mostly Green Lake Wisconsin. My guiding and eventual charter captain obviously made me have to rely on the best up to date electronics. By the way, great work so far.
Thanks, yea we used to use basic electronics and still caught good fish but with the new technology we definitely have discovered fishing spots that have never been fished before or atleast properly targeted. It definitely helps looking at a perfect contour map of the lake every time you’re driving over spots and anytime you want to look at it. Definitely gives you a way better understanding of the structure and why fish are actually using it
Just found you. Love what you do. Makes sure, I’m sure you are sure, to keep those sketches and hang them. I’m fascinated by the abandoned camps you hit that leave the history behind. Keep the history!!!!!!!!!!
