Rebuilding A Rusty Classic Porsche 911 From The Ground Up

From what was a seemingly rust free Porshe 911 has turned into a catastrophe! This classic Porsche was hiding crazy amounts of rust underneath that rear quarter and now somehow we have to fix it! Majoy structural points have been compromised and the car is filled with previous repairs.
Follow along this journey to bringing this Classic one step closer to being back on the road!
In this episode we set to getting the structure of this car back to what it once was and fit for the road again. It was a major milestone getting that back chassis rail buttoned up and we made major progress in this video!

Your fabrication skills are amazing. I would have never thought the rust would be so extensive that deep inside the frame. I have a 1985 Carrera Targa, that has been garaged most of its life but has 282,000 miles on it. Watching this just freaks me out wondering if I have hidden rust like that. Great series.
