"Rebuilding" my $500 RB30 and getting it ready for a TURBO. VN Commodore + BOOST engine freshen up! 

Getting stuck in to the RB30 for the VN, I'm stripping the RB down to see if my $500 engine is usable or not. I've got some fresh parts on the way and I am going to do a budget "rebuild" (not really a rebuild I guess, maybe just a freshen up). What do you need to do to an RB30 to be able to turbo it? Or more to the point what are the least amount of mods I can get away with for the most power? lets see what it can make with just a metal head gasket and ARP head studs.
