Rebuilding the Studio 2022 - Part 2 

The roof is old. We knew it was going to need replaced but the inspectors talked like it was in good shape and should last a few years. We had hoped to have some time to save up. However it's prone to ice dams which causes leaks in the winter. It means the best course of action is to put on a new roof this summer. I don't have the money saved up yet so that's going to be tough.

It's a cheap makeup brushes from the dollar store.
