is the old cnc head better then the new stock one u went withi ask this because i just bought wat says on the box is a pk80 and i want to get the most out of it i have to find a new exhaust because the one they sent me is dry rotted with rust any suggestions good vid by the way
How did you torque it down? I dont have a torque wrench, all I have are my sockets. I've been think about putting on a larger cylinder head but I'm wary of over tightening. Also... Will it make a difference? I have the Anbull 80cc. I upgraded everything but the motor and exhaust.. and I want to get more power for driving up these god damn Pittsburgh hills. So will replacing the cylinder head provide more power? I don't care about more speed
You should be good with 6 to 8 foot pounds of torque on the head bolts. You want more horse power? Then twin them. Yeah that's right... Two 2 strokes pulling your ass up the hills.. Give it more power ese!
First comment also I just rebuilt my first 2 stroke that I ever got and here is a question so on my bike that I posted in your Facebook group i stripped a head stud and now it's running on 3 head studs will it be ok
Would you drive a car missing a lug nut? ....(eh, bad point because I've done that) but it's very dangerous to do so. If 3 was fine it would only have 3 to begin with. Besides major leaking that'll occur, the immense pressure could crack the other 3 resulting in chucks-o-burning hot metal shooting out and becoming a part of your nut sack and legs. Morel of the story: Don't let metal Into your balls.
