This semifinal was what people call the ‘good’ semifinal. This makes it harder for Norway to qualify and they were on the verge of qualifying, also the staging wasn’t very good.

Yeah and when they filmed his hopeful, sad Face in the end of the qualifiers announcement, ohh;/ He really deserved to be in the final!!! Also he was my top3 so it sucks!!!! I'm Happy he did a brilliant performance, though. It's just not the same in the final without him.

I'm very happy that Georgia and Ukraine got through, Eurovision has been in desperate need of some variety for a long time, and it's finally getting it. (also I'm sure UK voting in this semi helped Georgia, since it sounds very britpop)
Because they knew how to impress the public, you will think that it was all juries, but not, it was literally my 43th, but this performance made me think they will pass and I really enjoyed. Remember, it's called song contest, but what counts is the impression you give in those 3 mins, and although Norway is in my top 5 as a song, the performance was quite plain and not impressing at all, forgettable, that's why some pass and some don't

Israel - a huge improvement in comparison to the last year I was really happy he made it through. And ofcourse Poland lol he's quite a diva (after his reaction of his winning) I like it :))
I know that many people are shocked about Georgia because it's not typical Eurovision song but you have to respect others opinion, maybe other countries in Europe liked this music style and that's what makes Eurovision great.

something I don't like about Eurovision anymore is that it's not about vocals anymore, now it's more about staging. I fully understand that staging is very important and vital but countries like Georgia (no offence to it) are winning over countries like Norway because of staging rather than vocal ability.

Just a quick notice for all those who are confused why Georgia qualified, It's because the UK was voting in this semi, And alot of people (especially adults and seniors) in the UK loved the song because it reminded them of old british rock, If the UK didn't vote then Georgia would've sank like a stone. I'm just glad that My 5 favourites (Bulgaria, Ukraine, Australia, Latvia and Belgium) Qualified, along with Israel. xD I was honestly doubting that Israel would qualify, yet they did, So hooray. xD I voted 8 times, 3-4 times for Bulgaria, 2 times for Ukraine and Australia, and 1 time for Latvia and Belgium

In about 5 years the competition has to change it's name to: Eastern Eurovision Song Contest! Like for real... the only explanation for some of these boring ass songs to pass over actual good songs is because Eastern Europe is always voting for their friends/neighbours without paying attention to the actual song. Best example was last year's final , everybody gave their highest points to the top 5 which was logical and it made a tight race for first place, then suddenly some eastern countries give 12 points to someone at the very bottom with 0 points who nobody cared about??!!!
