Just started a job a month ago and he gives me a robotic script to say and im so used to using my heart and personality when speaking to patients. Its so stiff and hard to keep up and he watches me while I do it and then tries to change a word here and there to say on the next call. Its strange and nerve racking. (22 yrs of experience never being told to do or say anything like this)
Just started new position no structure what so ever and it all starts with management. Management doesn't have time to train and everyone is learning as they go which I don't think that's how it should be done
i definitely agree with this! i’m going through this right now, but i’m only on week 1. i love the team i’m with already, but Lord help me bc it’s pretty much learning as you go as you’ve said😅they’re literally too busy to *thoroughly* train me. it’s sooo overwhelming, but i hope and pray i can catch on.
