Very nice. I like the language command. I remember my good old days of 80s in Chennai. I stayed in T.Nagar. our owner was Iyengar, other neighbour Iyer. I am a madhwa kannadiga. I have lot of influence of Tamil brahmin culture. Etc. Having early morning oil bath, eating bakshana and main sharing with neighbours. Before sunrise, we use to wear new dress ,fire crackers, have breakfast by 7.00 a.m. Time has changed. Now I am in Bangalore. Aged 56. My education everything in Chennai. I came back to banglore in 1992. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very true Mami. I don't know why people use garlic for everything. Even we don't like that garlic smell. We don't even buy garlic. I don't know it may hurt who use garlic. But I am sorry. I feel that dishes taste gets spoiled in using garlic.

I made karasev came out well. I tried boondhi it was crispy. It didn't come round with tail( val ) it came. What is the reason. Can you tell me to make ball shaped boondhi please
Fr kaara boondi also 1 drop dough u can drop n a plate and later we can wash down sink so that paathala jeeva raasigalukku something can b given.just a suggestion
Actually Yogambal Sundar mam usually keeps a small portion of dough fr Vinayakar nd then starts making ompadi,thenkozhal etc.that portion she says not to put n hot oil but put it fr birds.while making Kaara boondi she said d dough s loose so can't be kept fr Vinayakar. So I gave suggestion that 1 teaspoon of loose dough can b dropped n a plate nd after finishing frying kaara boondi d loose dough can b washed off n sink so that underground inse to can b given food.i think it s fairly clear now.
Mami karabhoondhi batter could be applied on the corner of the stove as a pillaiyar picture through our fingers like putting kolam. What do you think mami
