Tnks fr yr patient explanation. I used to make d mistake of making 2 hrs after mixing dough nd measure rice flour in place of rice.so it wl b hard nd I used to steam it after frying.wl try surely n coming week

I prepared adhirasam as per your instructions twice and it came out really well. Every one in our family liked it. Thank you mam. But the only thing is that it turned out crispy and stayed crispy forever. I am planning to prepare for Ganesh chaturthi correcting my previous mistakes. Kindly suggest me what went wrong. Adirasam Flour mixec with jaggery syrup(tomoto riped stage) with cardamom poweder & a pinch of salt to give enhanced taste should be allowed at atleast 24 hours gap for fermentation so that next day adirasam once ready will be fine structure with if broken it would break smoothly.

Thanks madam for showing Adirsam..A small doubt though .Why did you use sesame oil ? This oil is normally not used for sweet preparations..Can I substitute it with ghee or refined oil?..I like the way you present the video..
