Adhirasam one of my favourite sweet. I was missing it alot due to living in UK. Thank you for showing how to make adhirasam so clearly. It was so easy to follow. Finally got to make it and it came out really well. After 20 years getting to have adhirasam here in UK finally. மிக்க நன்றி .🙏🏻

Tnks fr yr patient explanation. I used to make d mistake of making 2 hrs after mixing dough nd measure rice flour in place of rice.so it wl b hard nd I used to steam it after frying.wl try surely n coming week

Coated non-stick vessels and plastics not be used. Please use plantain aedu. Aluminium hindalium vaanali not to be used. ONLY irumbu vaanali best.Explaining coolly and sweetly!!! Very humble and simple Mami... No vazhiyal and suya Puranam.. nice video!! Oppliappan GRACE and blessings 🙏🙏❣️

I prepared adhirasam as per your instructions twice and it came out really well. Every one in our family liked it. Thank you mam. Adirasam Flour mixec with jaggery syrup(tomoto riped stage) with cardamom poweder & a pinch of salt to give enhanced taste should be allowed at atleast 24 hours gap for fermentation so that next day adirasam once ready will be fine structure with if broken it would break smoothly.

In the case of adhirasam recipe,everytime is a newexperience Most of them avoid preparing this sweet because iof the badresult they get But people who follow kedargowri viratham,has to compulsorily prepare this sweet It needs a lot of practice to get the desired result Thanks mami,for the effort,

Thanks madam for showing Adirsam..A small doubt though .Why did you use sesame oil ? This oil is normally not used for sweet preparations..Can I substitute it with ghee or refined oil?..I like the way you present the video..

Hard dough u use Robestraw banana to soft & u have too soft dough u can use semolina also

Mam super. This kadai is granite or non stick.pl msg me which brand. Bec non stick is not good .granite base is good I think.
