Are you looking for a recipe for strawberry cookies? Well, look no further! These homemade strawberry cookies have no cake box in sight! Strawberry is my FAVORITE flavor so I've been on the search for a great cookie/brownie recipe for the strawberry! Can you add chocolate chips? Yes! Can you add macadamia nuts? Again, yes! Can you dip them in white chocolate? YES! This easy-to-make, chewy strawberry cookies recipe is basic enough to allow your creativity to wonder!
Ingredients:
3 Cups AP Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
1 cup Sugar
3 oz box Strawberry Jello
1 Large egg
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp Strawberry Emulsion

I haven’t tried it but I think they’ll be awesome!! 🤩 for added effect, place a few on top while the cookie is cooling!!! 🥰 I bet it would look gorgeous!!!

Hi! No, it doesn’t work the same but you’ll still have a strawberry flavor! …just not as strong and vibrant as with the emulsion. ☺️ still a good cookie!

I’ve had this issue where whenever I make the cookies they always look like little mounds and they never go down. It’s not a big issue but I don’t know what’s causing it.

try when the cookies are baking take them out real quick and give them a drop on the counter a couple times like 3 times or so. *during cook.* What might cause this is a lot but don’t over do the creaming when it comes to butter + sugar combo.

Ah ok, I expected I was doing some thing a bit too much because when it comes to these cookies, it was the first time I had ever used a hand-mixer. But thank you, next time I will try not to over cream the butter and sugar and see if that makes a difference.

No, I haven’t! ☺️ I normally chill my dough when I have an issue with it spreading too thin while baking. I didn’t have that problem with this recipe.

I haven’t tried it yet, but these cookies are soft! I’m not sure if they’d handle the icing. 🫣🥺

Hey there! No, the cookies will NOT taste the same but you’ll still have a strawberry flavor! 😌 The emulsion enhances the strawberry flavor! Either way, the cookies should be delish!! Hope this helps!
