Play this game at comic con 2017, few trouble shoot with the hub, but I got few more minutes of gameplay. It's a good buy for a group of friends that like fps games. 4 out of 5 for a wishlist

I wish the guns had a screen built-in, as to save your phone from possible play destruction...

If you want it to really work, I suggest wireless connectivity. So your phone can stay in your pocket.

It's $150 for the starter set. Saved you some time hopefully.

Getting sick of everything needing a phone to use it.

Nice to see home laser tag get an update, but too many concerns. 500 ft really isn't that much space, headphone cords when you're running around is just going to lead to broken headphone cords and broken jacks on the guns (or phone not sure which one it connects to) and having your phone attached to the guns means there's a good chance your phone will break if\when you drop the gun (or just whack it against something while running around) nevermind will the gun actually hold up to real world use.

just got done playing this with my son blue tooth connection took longer than expected outside of that we had a blast we played in 3 game modes indoor and out talk about high energy and fun

Got me curious. I'll go check it out. Might end up being cheaper (in the long run at least) then going paintballing or lasertag. Although, assuming it murders battery life, one might not want to take this anywhere too far from civilization or power source to charge ones phone, lol, ya know, considering it might be your only means of communication in case of a Recoil related injury ;)

real question is can you sync 2 hubs together to make the play area larger...if not I dont thing this will sell well.

Pretty cool, but I really hate the idea of having to tether my phone to it. I'd rather be able to do all those things without needing a smart phone... plus, sounds like that would kill the phones battery pretty quickly.

How fast does this drain your phone battery? Costs $130, have to buy 5 kits for a game of 5v5, that's $650. Still cool though, easy set up, no mess to clean up

Bought the kit from Oregon Walmart which is being sent to my US address 30mins away from Walmart and getting sent to Christchurch, New Zealand thanks to this video and some research. Bit pricey for us kiwis though but I really wanna jam on this. My work place has two levels so am wondering if I need two hubs for each floor. Hmmm 🤔 I have a few suggestions for the app. They should add a "ranked" lobby for local games where peeps can earn points with W/L ration to rank up and prestige or something but that alone someone could easily cheat their way to prestige. Lol - hmm maybe not... 😂 Another idea, would be to add a game mode that allows players to be "downed" with a bleed out time of say 15secs giving team members the opportunity to revive them back into play... like Uncharted. And one last thing. With snipers and shotguns becoming available next year, I wonder how that would work. Take a sniper for example. Would it be single-fire or semi-auto? If bolt-feed, will they have an actual faux bolt-slider on the blaster to simulate each round 'chambered' that will communicate to the app? That would be cool. Same thing for a pump-action shotgun (if they're going that way) where each pump will simulate a round chambered. Be awesome if it had more spread too. Just a few thoughts. I'm just super excited!! Sorry everyone. 😂

I wonder if this and/or a "pro" or "elite" version (enhanced battery life, greater range, etc) could be made for police, SWAT, Special Forces, etc training applications. Seems like this would be fantastic in plywood kill house and training courses. Could also help this company make more money to further the game play side of things. (PS Not a political, social, or inflammatory statement, just an idea).

Cool but I see a lot of broken phones in the future of this game. Might need to redesign that phone clamp to something more protective. Looks flimsy. But yea, definitely want to check this out. Love lazer tag.

With 130$ for starting kit and 70$ for rifle plus smart phone i could easily get good quality custom airsoft gun and start a hobby with fanbase of millions and ability to attend skirmish games of few players to full scale battle of thousands of people in milsim events.

$130 for a 2 pack and you need a phone and you can only ply with a max of 16 people? We have Laser X which was only $50 for 2, you don't need a phone and can have unlimited players. Laser X works great and just seems like a better value...
