A record-breaking attempt at building the largest T-Trak layout was on of the highlights of the National Train Show 2018 held in Kansas City, Mo., Aug. 10-12. The modular N scale layout even included T-Trak modules built by some Model Railroader and MR Video Plus staff members. mrr.trains.com/

We had a real big turnout this year, a total of 37 people were at our show that doesn’t include the cleaning staff and people who thought we were a indoor flea market😁 just kidding guys I’m a train nerd to the core. Cool layout and awesome trains! Keep up the good work.

Thanks for sharing this video and information. I was a participant in the San Antonio record. Congratulations for a new record. We now need to establish a TTRAK-Z Record layout as a future goal !!!

N-trak, that still about? Was once a good step, now rarely seen. T-trak, from Japan, has a good looking future.

@1:19, @2:05 see the boxes, The basic spec is every layout boundary has those 2 lines at that specific distance from the edge. Then every one can build a small box or big rectangular section and hook it up to a block made by anyone else.

@@Awol991 I thought T scale is 3 mm track and 1:450/480 scale. This looks like just N scale.

Nothing for a European perspective. Appears to be sponsored by MR. They are also anti-European for trains. I know, because they denied my layout. I quit reading and subscribing to them after that.

I am sorry to hear that... Well I can tell you that everyone I have every talked to are in awe of European trains and train clubs... The technology and excellence in both the real life trains and the model community in Europe are very inspiring and excellent... I encourage you to look past the magazine's short sightedness and of course - enjoy your hobby ... Best wishes..
