Are you recording to a phone android or iOS? Coz it could be the adapter issue. Using a right adapter, whatever you hear on your earphone supposed to be recorded on your device.
I’ve been searching this vlog for a long time on how to record a song in bm 800 soundcard and now i finally reach this vlog. Thank you ma’am for sharing. Its a big help for me.

This is the kids channel of Mami Adarna I have been watching all your tutorial videos since I do cover songs and still learning how to connect my gadgets, thaa for your big help! Kudos!
I wish I can do a test however I’m not qualified yet as I only have 400+ followers @jenuds1 That’s I created a tiktok account so I can do a test coz I’ve received a lot of issues in tiktok live streaming. Sorry about that

I don’t have very many mic and most of them are bm800 mic. Just a tip for you high end condenser mic most likely will need an external 48v phantom power.
Nice demonstration and tutorial.. challenge is I have done all things guided here, I can hear all input sound (e.g. Condenser microphone, accompany instrument etc.) Via speaker or headset connected with V8 sound card, but while I do video from my Android phone I only get the input of Microphone 😞 no matter use regular camera app or open camera app .. is there any problem with my sound card or anything else .. kindly reflect at your convenience.. advance thanks
Sometimes it’s the cord or cable issue. Please try removing your phone case if you’re using one then try again. I would try connecting from live 1 or 2 also using the other Micro usb to TRRS.
@@catwalk123ful my boss's name was the exact same as you were so hoping you're not the same person but I'm also having this exact same issue and changing it from either one of the live 1 or live 2 does not make
You can record or stream as long as you’re using the right phone 3.5 mm to lightning or usb C adapter. The only adapter I know works for now is from Apple Store.
@@youcanbuzzhere4234 Try this while you’re streaming and playing music press the power button ones (don’t turn it off) and check if your viewers/listeners are able to hear your music. I hope you set your music(background music) volume knob from the V8 is on high.
External Phantom power is not necessary if you connect a BM 800 condenser mic with xlr to 3.5 mm cord. However if you connect RODE NT1 A condenser mic to V8 sound card, it will not work coz the power is not enough so you will need a phantom power.
@@jenuds I just wanted to try It out for guitar recording ( the microphone will be picking up the sound from the combo amp speaker) and the music played out with be already mixed with the backing track from my looper pedal so I wont need any backing track from external USB source I hope It works, Ive recorded a few other tracks with the karaoke microphone in this way although I just used the jack splitter (3.5mm) together with my smartphone without any sound card. Thanks for your help, much appreciated
Hello ma'am.. Thanks so much for this video it's been really helpful... But I'm having issues recording directly to my phone with a wireless mic (with a receiver)...i can actually hear myself, but it not recording to my phone. So please I want to ask.. Is it possible to record with a wireless mic directly to your phone?
I have not tried it yet but it should work as long as the wireless mic is connected and compatible to to the sound card. Test it first when you connect the mic to the sound card, listen through a headphone or earphone connected to the sound card and check if it pick your voice when you talk to the wireless mic. If you can hear your voice, then you should be able to record it to phone as well. Just simply connect live 1 or 2 to your phone then start recording.
Please make sure Record volume is on high. Try using the built in camera of your phone. It could be the adapter you use to connect to your phone. I got my adapter from the Apple Store. Some adapters, you can only hear everything but will not work for Recording
Mam only 1 doubt pls clarify me.. How you reduced the background noise.. what is the solution ? Bm800 is recording the noise also.. how noise is been cancelled ? Due to sound card ?? Please reply mam
@@anveshrv931 it would depend what kind of mic you have. Even if the same Bm800 mic, output is different. Some mic are distorted which makes noise. Even v8 sound cards are different as well.
Hello, Thank you very much for your videos. I hope you reply, I use this to go live on tiktok..but people barely hear me when I talk..would you know why? Thank you 🙏
Most like it’s the adapter to your phone issue. O got my adapter from Apple Store but there is other way with different adapter. Are you using iPhone or android?
You only download the “Open Camera” app for android if your phone does not work with this sound card for recording or streaming. Try first using the built in camera of your phone as it has better video resolution.
is the second device necessary maam? i use only smule app for both recording and minus one. i can hear my voice as a feedback but it won't record any voices as if there is no microphone attached. there just silence in the end product. help me please
2nd device is not needed for smule application. Here is a video for you. Please let me know if this help. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PrNTE9NcAH4.html
Perhaps the phone is not connected at all to the sound card. Did you use iPhone or android? What phone did you use? Sometimes if you use adapter, that could be the issue. I also heard some phones not being compatible sorry these sound cards, if that’s the case- you can try downloading the open camera app.
Although your video is helpful and i subscribed you already....but i m still facing problem to record music and my voice with effects although i am hearing both karaoke and my own voice with effects, in my headphone...my both mobiles are new...any suggestions...
If you’re using an adapter like lightning adapter to connect to your phone from Live 1 or 2 to record, most likely that’s the problem- your using the wrong adapter. Watch this video so you can test your adapter if it’s the right one. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ILQcRfj6aaY.html Feel free to let me know if it’s a different issue.
I have seen the whole video. And I learnerd so much. I have a question. I hope you can help. I have a grand karaoke and set up in my TV and 2 speakers .my problem is I want to record it at my android phone the sound and video while I'm singing, I hope you can help me.thanks
So far, I have not done it yet to record line in to a phone other than point and shoot from the phone. The one that I know is you would need a mixer or a live sound card. If you use a mixer you would need also some cords or cable to connect them. So it is easier with the live sound card as it comes with the cord but you might need some adapter as well.
Several times, I tried video recording of a cover song through V8 soundcard and dynamic/condenser mic, but the karaoke sound doesn't get recorded. When i did a simple audio recording, the result was fine. When i go live on facebook, everything is fine. After watching your video, I video-recorded a cover song on my phone, everything was recorded fine, but it does not get stored in phone's memory or album. The only plqce ot gets stored and retreived from is google photos and cloud. I want a secure place to store the clip. Kindly help with the suggestion.
If you’re using an android to record your video, it should to your phone photo gallery. And it sounds like your photo/video is sync to your google photos and that’s why you see it there too. If you can’t find the video recorded in your phone, you can also download the video from google photo and it will be saved to your phone photo gallery. If you’re using an iPhone, almost the same and it goes to your “Photos” instead of photo Gallery.
If you’ve used an iPhone that needs a lightning adapter, possible issue is the adapter - perhaps your using the wrong adapter. If you’re using an android through the headphone port connected to Live 1 or 2 of the V8, you may remove phone case if you’re using one as it blocks the cord to go through.
I want to just play reqested songs on my acoustic-electric guitar. I search & search but can't find anyone talking about that subject... Even my Galacy S21, S22 & iPhone 13 isn't good enough on its own. (Only 2 are activate) 1 personal. 1 work. 1 extra. I prefer the S21 over the S22.. Anyways im looking for a clear audi setup that won't break the bank. Would playing through my Amp sound better? Is it location? Should I be doing these in the bathroom? Lol Since it's an electric Acoustic do you think I need to worry about the mic since I hopefully can plug it directly into the phone thro something? Or Is this all easier by recording on my Laptop/Tablet (Its a Surface Pro does both) Sry for the length but any help is greatly appreciated!
If you’re going to go live streaming and you might need some sound effects, then live sound cards would be great to have. Using a live sound card like v9, m9, Maonocaster lite, v10, or k1, in my opinion, it’s cleaner guitar audio output when it’s connected through the music input from the sound card, then connect your s21 or s22 from live or pod port pf the sound card for streaming or recording. Another option is use a mixer however it doesn’t have built in preset sound effects. Later on having live sound card and a mixer are good to have.
I did not mentioned v8 coz music input requires micro usb, try to look the one that requires 3.5mm jack port for easy connection to your guitar. However if no choice and you want the v8, you can use the dynamic port. Please watch out some v8 doesn’t work both condenser and dynamic port when use at the same time.
Jenuds Stuffs and Vlogs thanks a lot. It worked perfectly alright. This tutorial is quite informative when somebody want to record his video too with his vocals and Karaoke to post to starmaker app. BUT what If I just want to record my vocals on Karaoke sound coming from starmaker app and need just to post it on the app or to duet with some person by adding my vocals to starmaker app. I also have phantom power device, I don't know what its function id in my case if there any please inform how and where it is needed to be attached along with rest of the system & what will be its benefit in my case.
Do you mean without using a sound card? Without a sound card you will have to use a headset then after you record there should be an option what you want to do with your video- like post or save, then you can post it to star maker app. Unfortunately I do not have a phantom power so I can’t really show you the set up.
@@jenuds With sound card. I tried it now it's working. Now there is another issue. I have two mobile phones. Note 5 & Note 10. When I play Karaoke from StarMaker on my Note 5, the incoming karoke sound is loud and it records my audio too while plugging in my Note 5 in instrument port. But this is not the case with Note 10. On removing Note 5 and replacing it with Note 10 the incoming sound loudness is half of that of Note 5, and it also not record audio even a little bit. In both of the cases mobiles are plugged in INSTRUMENT port. What is the possible reason and fix for it. Please help. In both cases I have to record cover audio songs on starmaker and have to post it to SM. Please help.
I am not sure if I’m getting what you meant. If It’s too loud, tried to control the volume from the background music of the sound card or the source of the background music. Did you make sure to turn the volume up from the Record knod on the sound card when you were recording?
@@jenuds As I told earlier, I have two mobile phones. Note 5 and Note 10. With same background music settings, coming from starmaker and with same v8 loudness settings and other settings both mobiles are responding differently mentioned as under: Note 5, loudness is exactly alright as it should be to listen Karaoke from starmaker and my vocals are also being recorderd. Means it's working 100% as it should be. Where as Upon dis-connecting Note 5 and connecting Note 10 from same wire connection and settings, loudness becomes half and hard to listen from Karaoke being played from starmaker and my vocals are also not being recorded. Means it's not working in anyway Though all of the settings from starmaker app and v8 soundcard are the same. Note 5 is doing wonders where as Note 10 is not recording / working. Please help.
I think you have you watch this ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HBJ3TCRnuWU.html just replace the keyboard connection to drums. This black kind of V8 can only handle 1 mic at a time. Not sure if only the one I bought. If you want to connect to 3 or more mic you need to connect your v8 sound card to a mixer that has lots of mic input like this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KIrn25w1d50.html
Yes mixer have +48 phantom power. If you have the black and Red v8 - mine works for both dynamic and condenser mic. You can also try to use a mic splitter to have 2 mic connected to one input but I have not tried this one yet though.
Opps sorry I forgot you have the F9. I do not have that kind yet so I can’t really assure you 100%. However you should try to connect two condenser mic to capacitor 1 & 2. Hopefully it will work as it works on my M9 and V9. Then you should be able to connect your guitar or drums to the Music input of your F9.
i still need help im using the computer for back round music and my phone to record but only my voice comes out when i re listen to it i dont know how to get the audio to match the microphone sound lol and i downloaded that camera app to
I would try using the built in camera first before the camera app as most of the time video quality of your phone is better. Anyway please check if you had set in your computer under “Sound” - mic and speaker as the sound card you plugged in. Then connect a headset or headphone from the sound card so you can hear if the vocals and music are balanced.
If all the connections are the same and the audio from the mic has effects which means, its working so you just have to turn the volume up from the accompaniment or background music from the sound card or the volume from the device where the music is coming from. Or make sure cables are plugged in properly.
Hi mam, thank you for your tutorial..i waana ask if : is there a compatibility issues between v8 card to phone.?because my celphone records but no effect or echo..recorded voice is just like i am recording normaly without v8..
So I received some comments on Oppo phones that they cannot record however I cannot really confirmed as I don’t have that device. If you are using an adapter, that could be an issue as some adapter as well as the cable/cord/ports. Make sure they’re properly plugged in. Remove phone casing of you’re using one. Try changing the cable you use from live 1 or 2 of V8 to your phone. If you connected to live 1 for recording and did not work, try using live 2. Last option is to download the open camera app and the instructions is in this video.
@@arkimuzik3189 Nakapagtry po akong magrecord sa samsung s10+. Nong una ayaw po gumana pero ng tinanggal ko ang phone case gumana po kasi nakakaharang po pala sa pagsaksak ng cable. This kind of v8 with the black and white color, I can only record one at a time means, vocals or guitar. I was not able to record both the vocas and guitar. You can but you will need an adapteer. If your have the v8 sound card with the black and red, you can record both guitar and vocals like in this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ffUxhruXAQ4.html
