I have never commented before today, Today is my adult son's 28th birthday. He is a psychopathic narcissist that I have stopped communication with over a year ago. Grief, guilt, shame and anger are all emotions that I have been processing, made harder when special dates arrive such as his birthday or holidays. I have a wonderful counselor who is guiding me through. Your videos have been a huge help in me understanding narcissism and the damage caused by narcissists. Thank you so much and keep the videos coming!

Love and Light and Peace To You I had been estranged frim both 31 yr old twin sons- the one that connects is working out narcissistic things..the other lacks more than humility- he is pathological against familial connection peroid. Be blessed - im 67 and feeling good letting go of ego with these entanglements. Wish you well... 🌹 Tess

So many of us are encompassed with the same eternal prison fate of the Count of Monticristo. May we all find an escape from our eternal torment. Bless us all.

Thank you for this video 💖🥰😃! You are correct. I need this video because a narcissist has ran me out of my home country in the USA. I am now asylum seeking here in the United Kingdom. Also thank you for the movie suggestion "The Count Of Monte Cristo". I just watched it and it is satisfying at the end.

Thanks for your excellent videos. Question for you: I'm dealing with what is now identified as CPTSD, beginning in infancy, and I'm now 74, with a LOT of work, and healing, about this. Like, I'm alive. There's a lot more information about this than there used to be, including your own work. If I may summarize, I'm hearing that having a significant amount of emotional pain may be simply a part of what I will always have to deal with. "Walk with an emotional limp," as another excellent therapist has said. In your experience, is that true. I understand that some amount of emotional pain may always be part of my life. In your experience, do you see people get enough better that it's not always there?

Narcissists emotional development has been arrested and compromised (by early trauma etc etc, but who isn't?) and they are trapped as kids or toddlers in adult bodies, in Nature this basically makes for a biological monster. In this sense they are pathological. Let's face it: the same behaviour from a kid would be normal and accepted and can hurt but somehow it does not hurt because the the nature of the relationship and looks. The problem and torment is never outside but always within, and there are never real "problems" in life, there are just different kind of "handlings", unless we want to feel and become "victims". The narcissists are not the problem, they problem is why one is attracted and attaches and trauma bonds to them in such a way. Cannot fix anything outside of us, only inside, unless we want to play the victim, staying more stuck. The narcissist is a mirror unfortunately, one cannot blame the mirror, even if in the mirror everything is reversed, and one does not recognise oneself, because in the mirror the left is right and the right is left. The narcissist is a stepping stone, cannot blame the stone if we stumble over it. There are not victims and no blames, just new awareness and consciousness and new "Know thyself" thanks to them. Otherwise it is always a loop, small or large, but a loop and return of the same.

Confidence is belief is faith in yourself ✨ not in a dysfunctional child like an adult narcissist ❤️‍🩹
