WOW! That video was incredibly informative. Always admired your unexpected use of slick Fatty tires on bicycle paths! That flame/wind drag test was very visually revealing. Your visual realization of knobby tire drag was demonstrably clever! Love watching your inclusive, spousal, sincere, friendly, non-egotistical rides with my little chocolate buddy, "Tilly." Also watch nature, scenic views, wildlife here, including insects, as you do. I feel like I am also going for a ride, when you two are on your rides! That clever tire-tread air-resistance test of yours impressed this fan of your videos! A recent video from "David Rides a Trike" totally surprised many trike riders that SO many of us do NOT literally care about high speeds! David's video incredibly uncovered that many riders prioritize; scenic value, sightseeing, wildlife viewing (including insects, butterflies, etc, OVER speed. Your videos and my personal riding preferences matched David's uncovering of preferences of a huge majority of trike riders! I also say 'huge majority' based on decades of personal observations of bicycle path recumbent riders. Look forward to going on more of your trike rides.
