Different arrow lengths will give you different point on's. Prepare for this - shorter arrow = longer point on, longer arrow = shorter point on
If you are not getting consistent flight, you may just have to get the arrow as close as you can, then practice, practice, practice. You can come back to tuning later on and dial in a new set of arrows.
