You should watch Podium Archer, MFJJ, build arrows. He weighs all the shafts and components so he can mix and match to get all finished arrow weights as close as possible to each other.

In regards to the knob being stiff, you might back out the set screw a few turns and it should help to make the turn easier but still maintain the integrity of the index marks. Enjoy the content

try to back out the 120° screw a little and the turning nob should get easier.

How does the 3 degree helical worked for you? It looks like the sweet spot between drag and stabilization. I´m looking for an EZ-Fletch-style jig but I don´t know what angle should I use.

So the wrap doesn't afect arrow spine to a point where it is noticeable?

Yes that is correct from what I can see. The wraps I use weigh only about 4.5 grains.
