Can you recycle plastic bags in most parts of America? i see filled and tied bags and also empty ones going into the hopper. Here in England, UK you cant recycle plastic bags and they have to go in the landfill bin.
Yeah, in some stores here they have bins you can put your plastic bags, I heard at the Transfer station recycling sorting area if they see a bag, empty or filled they throw it into the trash.
