Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 is a real-time strategy video game by Westwood Pacific, which was released for Microsoft Windows on October 23, 2000 as the follow-up to Command & Conquer: Red Alert. Red Alert 2 picks up at the conclusion of the Allied campaign of the first game. Its expansion is Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge.
Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 contains two playable factions, the Soviets and the Allies, which both previously appeared in Command & Conquer: Red Alert. The single player campaign is structured in an alternate-ending mode as opposed to a progressive story mode. Red Alert 2 was a commercial and critical success, receiving an 86% from GameRankings.

Great game! I like the Prism take suicide rush to destroy buildings. Mirage tanks are the better than prism tanks for base defence, kill armour and infantry units easily. I use spies to infiltrate barracks and war factories to level up my units. I throw in a few Chrono infantry units around the base, great to stop Mammoth tanks. Also try hitting the 'G' key with units selected in an enemy base. The units will automatically start destroying any enemy units and base defences, then use waypoint mode to destroy the remaining buildings. Awesome video and skirmish concept!

Don't send prism without repair tanks, they should be almost a third of the numbers. Then you deploy the repair ones when you're charging a base and occupy buildings with engineers. Fill the big tanks with a mix of chronos, rocketeers and g.i'.s. Mirage hides other forces near them, great defense. And use the dogs as bate. Not to mention a spy in the enemy lab to make suicide tanks ... that's a great way to finish a game. Yuri is still master though.

Dude good video, but you gotta improve your tactics with prism tanks. Everytime you send them in an enemy base you go back to your base to see whats going on while your prism tanks are getting buttfucked.

I've played allies most of the time and if your main source of attack is a Prism tank is not gonna work if you just send in 5-10 units it's just gonna fail miserably you have to atleast have about 20-30 units of prism tank of course you send in anti-air unit also since it cannot fire at air units.

i usually have a combo of units for building and infantry, then armor, then anti air and occasional artillery units.

it is dependent on the map maker... in the map editor you set out a zones for the AI..... there is some configs you need to do to make the AI build correctly.... alot of the maps in this game have incorrect settings in the editor.... even though westwood did make some of these maps.... man i wish CNCDEN was still around..... soooo meny awesome maps and map makers and mods

If u just ask how to change resolution check this: Go to your game folder > Search for "RA2.ini" file and edit the "Video" options like that: [Video] VideoBackBuffer=no ScreenWidth=1440 ScreenHeight=900 StretchMovies=no (or 1920x1080 if you want full HD, but its too big for my opinion) *If you dont have the line "VideoBackBuffer=no", just add it for a smoother game. *If you have Yuri's Revenge expansion, do the same with "RA2md.ini" file.

u should kill the units before you destroy the buildings. That way you wouldnt lose much tanks
