Red dead 2 will easily go down as the best game I’ve ever played. I’ve recently started playing it again and it’s still just as magical as it was when it first came out. I bought assassin creed Valhalla when It came out and it’s miles behind Red Dead as far as the open world is. I can get lost in Red Dead for hours without even noticing it’s like stepping into a different world that actually feels like things are alive I’ve never had a video game do that for me.

RDR2 is 2 years old game and none game that has released since then can beat it ...RDR2 is a masterpiece..

Being a cdpr fanboy for so long after cyberpunk released I started appreciating rockstar games more damn they are a greedy company and their game design can sometimes suck yet the amount of polish and details they put in their game is really impressive for me on a technical point Red dead redemption 2 is the best game of this generation

When CDPR said cyberpunk was going to be next level when it comes to open world adventure, I was hoping it would surpass rdr2, but sadly rdr2 stays king. It’s a shame, I love the world mike pondsmith created, but it wasn’t a good game adaptation. The physics in RDR2 are unmatched.

I'm not one of the idiots that pre-ordered this game.. I play EA games so I know better. But cyberpunks blunders just made me realize the level of talent and dedication of Rockstar games and their team of developers. And yes Rockstar makes me feel respected as a gamer.

Rdr2 can run smoothly on PS4 and Xbox One S and didn't have a lot of glitch like Cyberpunk... Rdr2 got better animation, better graphic and much more détail than cyberpunk. In Rdr2 you can switch with the third person and the first person mod not in cyberpunk. We have better damage visual on Rdr2 and à ennemy will be dead if he will be shot one time or perhaps Two times, NOT in cyberpunk. In cyberpunk you need to shoot an entire magazine to kill one Guy with a pistol... You have a better physics in Rdr2 and brawl looks more realistic in rdr2 than cyberpunk.

There is no excuse for Cyberpunk to NOT run on a PS4 when a game like Red Dead 2 runs flawlessly. Reason why RDR2 is regarded as an open world video game perfected because it didn't had all those over hyping bullshit marketing nonsense. Game only got like 2-3 trailers and a fixed release date and what we got is an journey that makes me wish we forget and replay it again. It's not a video game,It's an Experience. Cyberpunk on the other hand took 8 years,multiple delays,Extreme Hype marketing as if its gonna be a second coming of jesus,the "Coming when ready" slogan and what we got is a broken,buggy,Unoptimisted mess of a game and even after the fix the open world and RPG aspects are fairly limited and grounded. Sure It's Great Action FPS with an emphasize on RPG and Dialogue choosing game.But it's not a second coming of jesus people claiming it to be.It failed to deliver the hype. Play Deus EX if you want to play a REAL Cyberpunk aesthetic RPG game.

I've played 10 hours of Cyberpunk and finished RDR2. I mean, Cyberpunk is not bad, but RDR has a completely different feel. So beautiful and realistic. Not to mention people. On Cyberpunk, people are quite irrealistic, instead on RDR are absolutely realistic and move like real people would do

Red Dead 2’s combat may not be perfect and sometimes angering, but boy oh boy is it so fucking satisfying watching that perfect headshot, the slow motion replay and the perfect music playing over your badassery. Cannot say the same about Cyberpunk, at ALL.

This makes me wonder if RAGE (R*'s Game Engine) is alien tech.

It sucks that I played RDR2... not because the game is bad, but because it's miles ahead of every other open world game. Now my bar is so high that I genuinely struggle to find something that I can get as lost in as RDR2. I was really hoping that Cyberpunk would be such a game, but it is simply not. I hate to say it as I waited so long for this game... But it's just.. nothing special. It's entertaining and all, but nothing more extraordinary than Watch Dogs or Just Cause. The A.I., "feel"/vibe, traffic... it's just so much worse than what Rockstar achieved even years ago with GTAV.

I've played through Red Dead 2 3 times now and I never even downloaded an update because I like using the gold bar glitch. Never did my game crash, never were there countless bugs, and never did NPCs look like they came out of a PS1 game beta.

The biggest difference is that the world of RDR 2 is amazingly alive. I mean, am I the only one who thinks that everything in the game is so real? Rockstar Games; you are the only company in the world who deserves every penny till the end.

I don't think any game captures being drunk quite right. Idk about everyone else, but the room doesn't wave around and change colours like that lol. They should just add more ghosting/after images/blur when moving around, aswell as the occassional stumble, while making characters slur their words. Maybe add a vignette just for how mentally isolated it sometimes feels. Make movements more dramatic/fast.
