The Manifold in action: • Red Sea Reefer 625 XXL...
Alright so here in this video, I provide details on how to build your own very own Professional manifold for the Red Sea Reefer. I have provided the links to the parts that you will need to get this manifold created. I didn't go into great details but I provided up to about 90% of the instructions you will need to construct the manifold so I hope that is adequate enough.
This manifold took me a few weeks to design and then another few weeks to actually gather all the parts and then have it built out. I hope that it will bring great value to you and I hope that you will be able to mimic the same set up that I have here should you decide to create one. Remember, this is a DIY project and it requires you to know a little bit about using tools and processes for using primer and PVC glue. I’d advise you youtube videos on the proper usage of these tools before you begin if you are unsure of its proper usage.

*Tools Needed*
Don't forget to wear gloves for your safety especially when handling chemicals such as Cement glue. Make sure to know how to use the primer and cement glue appropriately to ensure a strong bond. Use the tape measure to measure all of your pipes and then use the pipe cutter to cut all your pipes to length. I use the sandpaper to sand the cuts to ensure that it is nice and flat/flush. I also use the razor to deburr the cuts. The pliers come in handy and when pulling apart the pipe from the fittings after you've tested fitted the pipes. I use the power drill to screw the manifold to the underside of the cabinet.
