Red Sea REEFRUN Return Pump & Duo Pump Controller - Hilary's New Red Sea Reefer

I bought the skimmer upgrade kit, the return pump and controller. The return pump was completely silent out of the box and I love how you can rotate the outlet fitting so you don't have to cut the hose to exact lengths or put the pump at a weird angle. The sensors and auto leveling on the DC skimmer is honestly the best piece of equipment I've seen since the rollermat and ATO+. Not having to fiddle with the skimmer every time you make a small change in the water, or add medication is such a great feature. Red Sea has been killing it lately with all the new tech, and it makes me wonder if they're the only company that is actually trying to innovate in this hobby, rather than just make new lights and calling it a day. My sump, aside from heater and neptune probes, is now completely run by Red Sea gear and controlled by a single app, which makes running the tank so much easier now.

Hello, what did you use to connect the tubing?

Did you use braided vinyl tubing or regular soft silicone tubing on the return pump?

What heater are you using for this tank

How quiet is this reef run pump? And skimmer every one saying there loud ??

Did you find the Reefrun return pump to be loud?

What heaters are they? I see they have a magnetic mount.

This pump is way too loud and don’t get quieter over time sicce pump 🤮
