Finally someone who actually looked up Zimzalabim beforehand instead of being all "Oh what does that mean, I can't google because I'm incompetent, bohoo". Thank you! :D
Tanax13 Can’t stand those reactors that just say ‘comment down ppl what it mean’ and those fans willing do it. Like no, if they are interested than google the information yourself. There’s nothing worse than reactors watching a new group too and not knowing anything
seriously their red songs are always iconic, even though the velvet side is very classy and likable, their red sides will always stay stuck in your head.
in terms of wth did I just watch/hear, this wasn't that bad in the scope of the kpop universe. I've seen things so cringey that leave your head scratching because they became mega hits lol.
Chloe Cybele I’m not triggered tho! It’s just so weird how people think liking something or that’s less liked or “underrated” makes them better than others!
Honestly i feel like a lot of ppl didnt like this song because just like you said "you dont want ppl doing the same thing" its like if an artist starts experimenting with sound ppl lose their mind everyone is more comforted by the same ol pop songs but then people get mad when songs sound the same you cant win
Oh, I'm in the right place. That studio foam actually gives off creds, made stay and listen to what you gotta say. My prejudice actually didn't disappoint XD Zimzalabim!
This is the first Red Velvet song that actually made me want to listen to the B-sides. I like a few of there other songs but I've never been... curious about what else they sing. This song made me curious, that's all I can say. I like it, it's fun.
If you guys have time please checkout as you mentioned Sunny Side up with the live performance and Zimzalabim live performance because they were both amazing! I loved the song on the first listen and enjoyed it even more after watching their whole performance. Also please check out Ailee Room shaker and Gfriend Fever :) Loved your reactions!
I think its a cool song 👍🏻 never done before its so unique & thats the exciting part ot it .. thats the charm of red velvet they always try new weird unique music .. people might not like it at the first but the more you listen to their music the more you like it 👏🏻👍🏻
The concern comes more from it being divisive, rather than implying it's bad it's experimental and some people find it harder to ride along because it being pop and whatnot some hope it will always be immediately easy to listen to and understand so managing expectations is the tricky part, whether any given individual is new to kpop and it's particular quirks
Great reaction as always!!!The first time I listened to Zimzalabim I was confused on whether I liked it or not. But, I can say it has definitely grown on me and kind of really like it. Now, what I love about this MV was the Reve festival concept!!! Red velvet shows amazing concepts and I think that is the main highlight of the group and also is what makes them different from all the other K-pop groups. This I feel is a mix of their Red and the Velvet side. Note -The word "Zimzalabim" I feel like it's a complication of magic words in one to complete one big magic trick and I kind of noticed that each member makes a trick for the rest of the members. Example- Wendy - gives the ticket to the rest of the members (kind of like picking targets to play a magic trick) and Joy 's elevator ride puts them under a spell, etc. I'm not sure yet but, that is what I felt when I watched the MV repeatedly. Anyways, it was a great MV. Please react to AOA - Mini Skirt. Thx
