Hah, go figure in your battle against Wallace, the rain stopped IMMEDIATELY before you tried to use the 4-time-super-effective Thunder against Gyarados, the game’s like, “Ha, I won’t give you 100% accuracy for a 4-time-super-effective move THAT easily!”
