I wore red wings for 40 years working construction.A new pair every two years,where others lasted 6 months to a year.I liked the ones with the super sole.Steel toe was required in my work.Now I'm retired so I just wear an engineer boot or a doc martin when I choose to go riding.Good luck with the new boots.

‘Those boots are made for walking’, but they’ll do for biking too, one of these days these can be on RU-vid too…couldn’t resist. Bit of a boot fetish but I get it, had the same with my old leather mountain boots a while ago. In summer I wear Doc Martens, also not biking specific but so comfortable. Quirky video, bravo dude
