after I drove the bus around for awhile, I took a video of the second part of my drive. the gauges still need a little work but were better after I adjusted the electronics. this is the maiden voyage after replkacing my AT545 with an allison 1000 transmission.

2:12 Whoa.. that sound scares me dude! It sounds like vacuum when things are changed! But, I love this looking bus body dude with the T444E!

it is definitely getting there, I still have a couple liuttle glitches with the interface between the transmission computer and my engine guages.. I adjusted the frequency in the engine computer but I think theres interference in the link at high frequency.. so I need to use the conversion box and run the engine computer at 16 Pulses per rev like the 545 had instead of the 40 pulses like the 1000 puts out.. I have the Daokta digital SGI5-E that I can make a circuit and put in between as an isolation device.

How much bhp and the overall weight of the bus? it goes really well.

The lockup clutch is supposed to engaged in 2nd gear.

I have a programmable TCM.. I have the lockup engaging in 2nd gear but I wait till later into the gear to pull it in... at first it engaged too early and would drag the power down.. so I have it programmed to go in about mid-way maybe slightly later through 2nd and its perfect
