Even then it's highly unlikely a "collapse" will occur in the housing market. While the fundamentals of real estate are off track, it's won't be 2008. Home prices going down 15%-25% is a needed market correction not a collapse, crash, recession, or any of the other salacious terms used in an attempt to get clicks. Yes, I'm guilty of thumbnails and titles that include those words. I'm doing everything I can to stand out in a crowded 3 second world to meet people where they are in an attempt to share the truth with them so hopefully they will think through their decisions to make the most well-informed decision is right for them. The vast majority of my videos are educational vs informational like my more recent content. I'm working weaving education into the videos to better help people share with viewers the videos that will provide them with real education if they want it. Anyhow...
