I actually liked this aimlessly wandering video tour. The best tours are the ones without an itinerary. As long as you have gas in your vehicle the world is your oyster.
Ang it looks like Tri-Pointe has two new parcels north of Kings Canyon/Overlook. Any idea what it's going to be? Looks like a smaller parcel so I'm guessing townhomes?

I love the 89131 zip code, in fact I try to refer my clients to that area. I love how wide open it is over there, the streets are much wider and not as congested as the rest of the valley. Plus lots of shopping amenities over there. 89149 is a good zip code too
