Reducing the Rattle in the Colt Cabrio Roof Locks: $1000 Budget Project Colt Part 3 

Antonio's roof locks rattled on bumpy roads and the existing setup to damp this noise was inadequate. Surprisingly my plan to do a better job worked out.
With the Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart off being forged I got an interim car that needed some love but with forging the engine of the Colt Ralliart taking up the car budget, it only left $1000 of mods and fixes for Antonio the Colt Cabriolet (CZC, Z37A).
