Trevor was suspected of being gay and Greg was revealed as gay. Both were from Kansas City. What are the chances they knew each other? After all, Trevor was Annette's boyfriend and Greg was like a brother to Annette. In the sequel that was unaired in 2016, Kathryn had childhood photos and clipping of Sebastian's son. She obviously had someone on the inside to provide her all this information. I wonder who that person could be.
