There is an "Auto-Stop" bottle and a regular refill bottle.
As for the original shaped bottles, you can just fit it inside the correct direction and let the ink drain on its own to fill the printer until it stops or reaches close to the top. (1:30)
Some earlier and older models will just have an open plug and you can just pour the ink inside. The newer models have a nipple that will have to feed ink slowly into the tube. This will be done with a bottle or a syringe if necessary. (2:30) and (3:00)
You will want to go to reset the ink levels and can access (4:37) :
Maintenance --- Reset Ink Levels -- Select Colors -- Diamond Key for Confirmation
This will prevent the printer from telling you to refill the ink levels .
