Wels, you set 2 of the processors to take 1 raw and give you 64 processors, which will not work and will confuse the system when you request more than 1.

"No. No, Wels! No!" It's a common mistake in Refined Storage. You try to click just one into the pattern but it read the whole stack size, instead.

for creating patterns you can use jei as well. just click the recipe from jei and use the plus. it'll put it onto the pattern grid for you to create a pattern without actually having the items. makes creating patterns easier. you can do this with both processing and normal crafts as well. and you need to make sure that their exact as well. like a 1 to 1 or your going to confuse the system and it'll stop crafting

Exact in refunded storage means that it will use just the items in the pattern and not use ore dictionary (or different wood types to make sticks ect)

I was wondering when Refined Storage autocrafting would come into play. Instead of having to backspace all the letters in the search bar, if you right click instead of left click it will clear the previous search term. Also, RF has a "two way synchronous" mode you can select on the left of the crafting menu that will sync JEI and the RF search.

And by the way, you can connect any refined storage component to any other component in your system for it to work. That way, you can connect multiple disk drives together without having a cable in connecting them for example, or you can connect temporary cables to grids in your wall instead of breaking a block.

If you use a requester, it does the interfaces job, but way faster and you can set quantites, like a requester, for 1000 items in stock, and put an item you want 1000 of in it, and one like mekanism upgrades, in another requester, requesting 8 in stock at all times

One questio I cannot seem to get answered is can one machine push its tasks onto say, other furnaces, or do I need set up multiple crafters, each with their own patterns ontop of a row of furnaces/crafting benchs(or grids) ...

What would you say is your favorite mod in the pack to play with? Happy to hear from anyone else playing as well. I'm having a blast exploring all the new biomes in "Oh The Biomes You'll Go" and the "Biomes O' Plenty" mods. I'm also getting into the "Aquaculture 2", "Cooking for Blockheads", and "Croptopia" mods!😄

Just started to play the pack today and have a really fun time playing mine colonies for the first time, also as the first mod in the world that I use, so it's a new way to start a world that I've never experienced, which is very nice

Wels the better interface is called the Requester. I know atm6 had them, but I haven't played atm7, so I couldn't tell you if it has them too.

I tried making this exact setup but when I put the external storage on the interface it immediately makes everything in my storage disks unable to pull from the system - It seems to be pulling everything from it and trying to put it into the interface and then pull it back out again. Does it need negative priority or something?

I believe you should be able to make the same side of a mekanism machine both input and output, which should help you out.

The crafters can't accept items, so the output needs to be elsewhere

Wells, you should take a look at Requester's instead of interfaces to keep items in stock.

Wels you can autocraft items from the crafting grid by middle clicking

Whels, just kind of curious. I've noticed your channel has shifted into mostly modded content and I rarely if ever see you on the Hermitcraft server. Are you overall tired of or bored with Vanilla? Or did something happen that's causing you to think about leaving Hermitcraft? (If the second question is yes I'm not expecting any details.) Of course, you are your own creator, I'm just kind of curious is all.

Does he need to? Hermitcraft isn't what it once was. All it is now is scripted fights/wars and the audience yelling for another collaboration. I guess people forgot what the definition of hermit is. Anyhow, he's having fun so let it be.
