My highs for 2022 1. Learning to drive my husband's manual car. 2. Seeing my baby hit those milestones oh my goodness. I still cant believe i am a mum to a 1.1yr old Lows 1. My business not going as planned or as i had foreseen 2. Applying for those jobs, doing interviews and not getting hata regret emails 😪 and i still have to do them till i get something better. Words for 2023 1. Growth 2. Contentment

The main reason I gravitated towards your channel back in 2016 was because you had the discussions (relationships, sex, friendships, feminine day-to-day stuff issues, etc.) I longed to have with fellow girls my age. I LOVE hearing your opinions, whether similar or opposite, because I always learn something new, I feel lighter, happier, more empowered... that's as a result of seeing intelligent, beautiful Kenyan women doing the damn thing! In your last video I commented that watching it took me back to pre-2019. My hope is you see this and know that there are *many* viewers who appreciate, safeguard and respect your candor, vulnerability, bubbliness, the banter, your true selves - all of it. I loved what Ivy said, the thing with idealisms is that they exist in the real world. My highest high for 2022 is going through my diary and realizing that I am living through what I wished for and envisioned. Some in the exact way, some modified into a way better existence. In terms of emotional healing, personal, career and financial development. I closed the year on such a high, that I still haven't had the right reaction to it yet. A too good to be be true typa moment.

My Highs 1. Self rediscovery - learning new things about my personality and appreciating that. 2. Self Discipline - growing up as someone who was considered disorganized and impulsive, it was great to realize that I can cultivate new habit much easier than i thought and be consistent in that. 3. Breaking barriers - to realize that things which i once saw a my limitations no longer limit me was the greatest high of all. My Lows 1. Coming face to face with my biggest fears - this was crippling, especially since it was more than one single fear all flooding in around the same time, but it truly brought out my inner strength so in retrospect, i am grateful for it. Words to live by in 2023 1. Compassion for self - trying not to push myself too hard. Small progress is still progress. 2. Contentment - seeing value in the little things just as much as the big things.

My low is I got an accident on 26.January just a day after winning employee of the year and a few hours before signing a contract of further studies which came as a price for my crown . To cut the long story short I broke my ankle ,was operated , had to stay in bed for 6 weeks then another 6 weeks for Physiotherapie and Rehabilitation before I could go back to work again and how I lost my opportunity for further studies. My high : 1. the operation went well without complications, three months ago I got an offer same job but different employer with more than double the salary from my previous employer. 1.I have learnt to say no and choose myself letting me come first, I have learnt to thank God more and often for each day and everything, appreciate everyday and make everyday count. ”sometimes loosing an opportunity means that you deserve much better than what’s on the table„ . A very good friend of mine told me as I was battling depression after operation just thinking how an opportunity just slipped away.

Last year when you guys did this Reflecting video, Shiki said “2021 was the year where her sunshine went to die” and man that broke me because I was the same. But hearing her so happy and all of you including Lornzie of course is so beautiful this year. Merry Christmas girlies! ❤️

This video made me reflect on how i had a shitty year. My Highs were: 1. I gained a very beautiful relationship. It is my first real platonic relationship, but I like how intentional we are. And as opposite sex, I appreciate how we both respect our boundaries but also make sure the other person is well. 2. This year I really supported a lof of people who were struggling with their mental health. To the extent I implemented a project of 6 months around it, that was also successful. My Lows: 1. Rejections after rejections 2. Brokenness killed me to the extent I stopped thinking straight. I normally consider myself as a creative person and very positive. But my friend poverty and hunger is a bad thing. I can't wait the time I will get out of this mess. Words for 2023: attack, enthusiasm All said, I love you so much ladies, following you all these years, made me feel like you are my sisters. I wish you nice holidays🥰

My word for the year was ABUNDANCE My highs were i) being able to save more than my target, ii) being fully self aware and being able to express my feelings without the urge to explain myself to anyone. iii) starting my counseling psychology practice. God help me My lows: I) not being able to mend a long term relationship with a loved one and ii) 'losing' a girlfriend of 13 years because of a shag buddy she met🤣🤣. All the same, I keep going. My 2023 word of the year is GROWTH. I manifest self development all round because I just want to focus on me. May God keep and sustain you & your families ladies ❣️❣️❣️🥰.

I love these kinds of episodes. Glad to see your evolution ladies. My two highs were 1.) I set personal and financial goals that I met 2.) I went on a dream vacation surrounded by the most serendipitous circumstances My two lows were: 1) I began the year putting to much pressure on myself which making my mind suffer and eventually it made me physically ill 2) I witnessed many people I love going through a hard time and I wished there were moments I could wave a wand and make it better My two words for 2023 are Expansion and Passion!

Let me just say off the bat before I even finish watching, Over 25 have a beautiful friendship - I can assure you that it isn't an a surety that the friends in your 20s will continue even into your 30s and beyond, (or that you would even want the same friends from that time). But given the year I have had navigating grief I am granting myself certain grace because I truly truly tried my best. My word for the year- I don't know... Maybe authenticity. Ironically this has been a low that I've come to accept this year. My highs has been starting therapy , learning the importance of building healthy habits for my mental health and having the courage to leave a toxic workplace. I love 20222 My Lowest point was I was diagnosed with Spinal Tuberculosis..I was sad The high is I managed to finish my drugs the whole year. I managed to open my business that picked so we'll....2023 I love you already I am coming for that car and 💰

My highs this year were: starting my own business and leaving along overdue relationship that wasnt working .my low was ,cutting off family for so many reasons that i cant write here.

My biggest high was moving out of the family home and having my own space which came with a lot of peacefulness 12:36
