I have been with Richard teaching for 20 years - it is a “game changer “ for me. My first night he threw me on my head - questioned my paradigm about “ what’s going on” and who am I ? Richard planted a “seed”:and over the years I have fallen in love- ( BTW he has a boundless heart) - I used to go to retreats to hug Richard before and after the event - my heart raced hopelessly to find the boundaries of his heart)
