Ingredients for 3 serving (about 3 cups/ 24 oz)
1 large cucumber (500 g) ends trimmed and sliced
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1 cup of cold water (200 ml)
3 tablespoons (1.5 oz/ 45 ml) fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
Mint leaves (5 pcs or more depending on your preference)
1 tablespoon rum/ gin (optional for adults only)
NOTE: Please adjust the sugar to your preference.
1. Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Strain the mixture through a strainer and extract as much liquid as possible.
3. Add ice and rum (optional).
4. Decorate with mint and more lime slices.
5. Serve and enjoy!
