that sprung piece at the top of the lock that you have left out, i am having huge problem getting the lock back together when using that piece. did you try to put it together with that piece or did you give up?
Ended up not using it since the spring and the piece and the spring didnt want to play nice together, dont live in too sandy/dusty conditions so I figure it would be ok for me
