Hey bud! In the future if power washing something with hoses that you don’t want water getting into, throw a bolt in it that fits tight/slightly stretches it! Works a lot better than tape

I’m not new to welding been doing it off and on for about 10 years. But lately been feeling the bug to get back into it. Mainly from watching you, melting metal Anthony, and derbador the weldor, but y’all got me wanting to get back into it and start something for myself! Going to start with some small stuff again and see where it goes from there. Going to hopefully start making videos again too but who knows, I got a new rig I’m building, some new tools, but all in all it will be a fun experience! I realize I’m not the best at teaching from attempting to do videos on it in the past so I’m going to stick more to projects and field repairs

That's a nice little project you have there. I would love to see it all painted and pretty! I repainted my miller recently and it turned out great. Nothing like well kept older equipment. I just found your channel, I really like your content. Thanks for sharing with us.✌️

My brother runs a bunch of those on his work trucks here in los angeles and one thing i notice with them is there is always a bunch of them in the repair shop and as always they start and runs but no power at the outlets or if there is then non at the leads

Turn the amperage control up for AC power at the outlets

Is that right? Seems like a really dumb design so I'd have to go adjust that everytime I wanna weld and use a grinder

@@mcfweldingit’s the same as a Lincoln ranger 225/250, or bobcat 225/250, the generator power is tied to the welding current and is controlled by the rheostat

The OHV covers are known for loosing up , and leaking oil also. Video finishing up , and welding a project.

You had the potentiometer dial turned down on amperage when you were trying to run the angle grinder it has to be turned up all the way

Make sure you got a good gasket between the carburetor and intake on the engine. If not, it’ll make it hard to start. It’ll suck air instead of fuel.

Turn the welding amperage dial all the way to max. It has to be maxed out for outlets to work.

Is that how these work? So everyime I want to use the outlets I need to go turn up the amps?

@mcfwelding yes sir. It might say it on the amp decal as well. Unless there is an issue somewhere, that should solve the problem. You cant weld and power, power tools at the same time..

I have a new Miller Trailblazer 325 . In my shop I’m using Primeweld MiG 180 with tri-mix, Primeweld Tig 325x with argon, and a Primeweld Cut 60 just to give ya an idea of where I’m at. Thanks bud

@@mcfwelding yea that’s what I was thinking. I’ve just heard horror stories on the cost of insurance. I’m a millwright on my day job just don’t wanna pay $500 plus a month for insurance when I’m only doing side hustle work
