It’s both sad and amazing how Regina was the only consistently good part of this series throughout its 7 years. She grew and learned from her mistakes in a way no other character did, and she was portrayed masterfully by Lana Parilla. The very last scene of the series being the crowning of her as “The Good Queen” was so moving and felt so earned. It’s so conflicting because her story in this series was honestly one of the best character arcs I’ve ever seen-but that quality wasn’t applied to the rest of the show. It doesn’t take away from her story though. Such a beautiful story.
"They think they can string me up like some evil panda? Uh-uh. I don't THINK so!" Even her bloopers are badass! Regina, you're the best Evil Queen I've ever seen!
They forgot the one where Cruella Deville said "I feel like I've been waiting for you for 20 years" and Regina said "you look like it too"😂😂😂😂 (or something like that. Regina is hilarious)
Regina played the Evil Queen to perfection. And the woman we loved to hate became the woman we adored, because of her ability to overcome her anger and hatred and scorn to become a heroine. A good lesson for everyone, y'all. Even if you think all hope for redemption is gone, and you might as well go down in a blaze of glorified evil deeds, you CAN be saved and loved.
My favorite was Charming, "for luck" snow" what?" Regina, "we are at the edge of the dark forest trying to save or impendent doom, and you two stop to smell the roses!" Snow, "snow belles":) Regina,"I don't care if they're dancing dafadilles I'm need to focus on killing my sister, and you should too." I think that is the funniest thing EVER!!!!! I tried to say Regina's part multiple times, but I just couldn't keep myself from laughing!!! XD 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Snow: if I didn't know any better I'd say you look smitten. Regina: If I didn't know any better I'd say Haagen Dasz is smitten with your stomach. 😂😂😂😂 I laughed so hard.

I'm sure he had his reasons. complicated, impossible to understand, time-before-Storybrook reasons, but probably good ones. probably. or maybe he was just lazy. :)
"You may have been a princess but you will never be a queen" This line is everything it reminds me of Azula from Avatar the last airbender when she says to Long Feng "don't flatter yourself you were never even a player"

After all these years Emma still paying for her mistakes as a young woman(Regina bringing up how Emma has a criminal record). Meanwhile, Regina technically did as well during that time when they captured her as the evil queen.
