I don’t really consume dairy, but the reason they advocate dairy so much is because most dairy products like milk, and yogurt is fortified which has a lot of essential nutrients for the body to get their recommended daily values, but I do understand the concern of dairy since most of us are naturally lactose intolerant.
I love this so much I was about to cry and I want to become a child dietitian nutritionist because of this video seeing kids that go hungry in certain places around the world it’s so sad but wanting to help them get the food that they need and the nutrition is so beautiful so I thank you for this video. ❤ and for the people that are nutritionists.
