First of all: a heartfelt thank you for the help you are giving us students. I hope with all my heart that you will soon achieve the success you deserve, but I also hope that the words of those who already follow your channel will help you understand the importance of the work you are doing and how much it is appreciated by all of us. That said, a question about the Bonus point: If the glomerulotubular balance did not exist to prevent large fluctuations in Na+ values in the lumen of the tubular system, the factor controlling ECF Volume that would be most affected is the RAAS system, right? I say this because among all the factors listed (RAAS; Sympathetic activity, Vasopressin, and ANP), it is the only factor that is activated based on the Na+ levels detected at the Macula Densa.

Interesting!!! Yes, your point makes sense. Not sure if its "most" affected, but it certainly can be the first factor affected as mecula densa is involved. But please don't forget that other factors also eventually do get activated by other indirect means.

YOUR VIDEOS ARE GREAT....BUT WHY DID you change the voice over...one reason that i watch your video is its in your native gujju accent (please dont take it in the bad sense). I love it.. Please stick to your original voice , you can work on processing your voice with AI or whatever you resources you have, but please stick to your voice.... If there was an award on teachers day (5th September in India) for best you tube teaching you will give very tough competition for the others,.All the best & ThanQ for such wonderful teaching.

That's a huge compliment. Thank you so much. The reason for experimenting with voices is multifold. Foreign viewers find the US accent easy to understand, even if it's robotic. I am waiting for multiple audio support by RU-vid. That should help solve this problem.

Why did you stop using the 3d animation😢 They were extraordinary please use them again
@NonstopNeuron
@NonstopNeuron Месяц назад
It takes about 7 times the effort. And the utility for physiology is not even double. 3D is more for anatomy. I hope you understand.

@@NonstopNeuron the 3d workd helped me understanding both the anatomy and physiology at the same time. And actually we mustn't separate between them. Really RU-vid has no such work i hope you do it again🙏🏻 Yes i know it takes 7 times more efforts but it's 7 times more clear and interesting. In the whole RU-vid you are the only channel which makes outstanding 3d videos. Please never stop. I appreciate your efforts 🙏🏻💓

What would trigger glomerulotubular balance though? To only have efferent arteriolar constriction is a rather specific condition and I can't think of many physiological conditions (except maybe Angiotensin II??) that would lead to this.

there are other things too, even if there is no efferent arteriolar constriction. Like luminal factor, and change in hydrostatic pressure in peritubular capillary with afferent arteriolar constrition/dilatation.

@@NonstopNeuron So as long as there is a change in the FF, glomerulotubular balance will occur?

Yes it is short. Too much division of some topics might not give a proper idea about it.
