I have just discovered you this evening. I believe we happen on what we need for healing. I have some childhood trauma that still hurts. I hold trauma in my stomach. I had ulcers at a young age due to my sensitivity and holding on to painful memories and listening to chaos in our family. You have reached this painful place inside my being.. You are unique in your approach. You are wonderful! I do feel more relaxed, more tingles, more engaged in this Reiki session. Thank you so much! Please keep doing this! Miss Irma : Totally relaxed me ! I dozed , which is rare for me. I usually relax , turn off lights then sleep. Tonight , boom ! Your hand movements were mesmerizing to me ! I've been under so much stress as of late with basically no release . I felt such peace , such peace ! I want to say , thank you ! I feel like crying because I'm so happy to shut my eyes. This is my favorite video!. For me ASMR has been absolutely life-changing. It's made a profound difference in my life. I don't know where I would be without it I watch it every night before I go to sleep I don't need help in the erotic mind area ( I stopped dating 10 yrs ago) I love it because for me it's very soothing. She could make a video of the silk Fanning doing it slowly like she does at the end I could watch the entire hour of that it's very calming and would put me out like a light. I've always liked the videos where the hands are like touching your face or where they're looking into your eyes with kindness or affirmations. Probably because I didn't get that growing up. I remember after I left home when someone tried to hug me for the 1st time it was a very uncomfortable feeling very awkward. It took me years before I was comfortable with someone hugging me and had a devastating effect on my relationships with men. (The only time we were ever touched growing up was to be hit or punched) for me this has been life-changing ASMR. I'm 57 & I discovered ASMR 2 years ago. For 57 years bed/night time was the worst I could never fall asleep. Even with multiple antidepressants. I would always say my mind is a terrible place to go roaming alone at night but now this is like therapy when you're at home in your own bed at your convenience.
