Andrea, I really liked your words in this video, they are so encouraging. It took me several years, maybe my entire life to finally realize that it’s very important to take care of myself first so that everything and anybody around me could benefit from it. Oh, thank you so very, very much! Picking up all kinds of things lately...it’s very heavy at this time. I can easily release when I know from whom I pick up the emotions & then we are both free of them! With a great Joy & peace beyond all expression! But when I don’t know from whom the emotion comes...I can’t tell what is mine & what is not, if the emotion is not drastically different than mine or if I don’t see the person & know I’m taking on their feelings. (Found this out about15 yrs ago. But I think I’ve been doing this since a child with my older brother.) SOOOO MUCH GRATITUDE!!! I wish for you the HIGHEST REIKI BLESSINGS as well, each & every day!
