I understand… I hope you feel better from this reiki, but if you still are overwhelmed by negative emotion, I highly recommend to do some Tapping with Brad Yates- He has one for all different issues-

This is the first time ive experienced Reiki. I suffer from debilitating Anxiety, due to past trauma as well as ADHD and Depression, so it's difficult for me to calm down, relax and just be STILL. But halfway through this amazing Reiki session, i started to hear and feel a buzzing sound. I felt light, hopeful, highly emotional and more calm. Your voice and words are quite soothing.
