The original REIN Micro was rated by Cloud at 55,000 Candela, and 1300 lumens. It had a 4K beam temperature.
The Surefire 640 DFT is rated at 100,000 Candela, and 700 lumens with an 18650. Surefire does not publish beam color.
The REIN "High Lumens" 1.0 head was a very limited run that used the domed version of the LED in the REIN 1.0. It is a 4K tint as well, but is rated at 1600 lumens in the 18650 body, and not rated for the 18350 although fully compatible. It is rated at 32,000 Candela.
I have measured the Candela for each of these, and the Surefire DFT produced 107K candela at turn-on, but at the 2:30 minute mark, it nose-dives to come to rest at 60K Candela by the 3:30 mark, where it persists. The head temperature reaches roughly 100*f at its peak.
The REIN 1.0 "OG" Powered by an 18350 cranks up at the 50K LUX mark, and slowly and evenly drifts down to 35K LUX by 12 minutes. The head temperature is 135*f at its peak.
The REIN SL-1 "High Lumens" cranks up at a hair over 30,000LUX powered by an 18350, and drifts down to 25,000 LUX by 7 minutes, but at 7:20, the head reached a temperature of 120*f, and LUX output is abruptly dropped to 21,700 LUX. It continues to drift to just under 18,000 LUX by the 12 minute mark, where it continues to gently drift, losing about 1,000LUX per minute, give/take, until the late 20 minutes range, where it takes a nose dive.
If we take lumens as a function of LUX, which seems to play out well for Surefire with their data (LUX is cut in half when using CR123 in the 18350DFT, and lumens follows suite, very nearly, per their ratings, and I've found their LUX ratings to parallel mine), then we can presume that the rated lumens for the REIN 1.0 being 1300 at a LUX of 55,000, our result in the real world reveals 1,181 lumens at turn-on. The Surefire, 749 lumens, and the REIN SL-1, 1500.
At 12 minutes, the REIN 1.0 "OG" was putting out a calculated 827 lumens, the SL-1, a calculated 900 lumens, and the Surefire, presuming it stayed at 60K LUX (I did not run it the full 12 minutes), roughly 400 lumens.
*To verify the calibration of my LUX meter, I used a Streamlight HLX hand-held 1000 lumen light. This light pretty boringly hits its 27,100lux rating in multiple tests I've seen, with variance small enough that I'm truly impressed with Streamlights drivers/LED's. On my figure, it registered 26,6XX LUX.
